I can't figure out the maker but it is similar in style to Judith Ripka's jewelry. It is sterling silver and has a double-sided heart, each with a different pattern. It weighs 42.1g and is 7.5" when fully extended. It is marked .925 and also has a hallmark that I can't pin down.
