Louis Vuitton Steamer Trunk Leather and Canvas Bag c1910

This is an original Louis Vuitton steamer trunk bag dating from around 1910. Designed to go into a steamer trunk so you had a portable case with you when traveling.  These bags are truly rare to find and much less common than the trunks. The bottom and handles are leather, the body is canvas. There is a slight tear near the bottom.
