These were given out in the 1930's by Nolde Bakery when you bought bread. Each one has a different tidbit of information, this one is #8 and asks "Of what use are these quills?'. Good condition,  about 3 x 4". They are from Richmond, VA and the address is in the historic neighborhood of Church Hill where the building still stands.
